The Best of the Lake District

Resort - Kendal

Overview

Kendal is no ordinary market town. Full of historic character, Kendal is home to an interweaving web or alleyways and pretty cobbled yards. The ruins of Kendal Castle stand on Castle Hill providing great views over the town and into the countryside beyond. It is the perfect base for our tour where we explore nearby Keswick, Grasmere and Bowness-on-Windermere as well as enjoying a scenic cruise on Lake Windermere itself.

We also work with selected third party coach operators who supplement our own fleet during peak periods. The facilities on third party coaches can vary, but the majority have air conditioning. We are members of the Confederation of Passenger Transport and the Coach Tourism Association – bodies established to encourage standards of excellence in our industry.
